Wet Table
Wet Table Sauna Steam Bath Moist Heat Wellness Mud Body Sugaring

The wet table is used for several types of hydrotherapy.  A client can lay on the table and be showered with a wand as the water drains away.  This allows for several therapies to be used.

Friction  Rub

Cold water is applied to small areas of the body and then rubbed briskly till the skin is warm.  There is an initial, stimulating effect, followed by a calm warming.

Swedish Shampoo

The clients body is bathed using a shampoo or soap.  Exfoliating tools may be used during this process.

Hungarian Wellness Mud

The client is coated with a thin layer of Hungarian Wellness Mud™ in order to receive the benefits derived from the mud.

Skin Glow Rub

This skin treatment begins with time in the sauna to soften the client's skin. The therapist then rubs a mixture of mineral water and salt into the skin, leaving the skin soft and glowing--hence the name.

Salt Glow

The rubbing of oil and coarse salt in circular strokes over the skin for exfoliation, hydration, and improved circulation.  It is used to clean pores, remove dead skin cells, and improve circulation, it begins with a brisk rub with a mixture of coarse salt, essential oils, and water. The rub is followed by a gentle shower and body moisturizer that leaves the skin soft and glowing.
